The highly anticipated anime adaptation of the popular light novel series, A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics, is set to premiere on April 4, 2024. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of this comedy-Isekai series, based on the light novel by Yomi Hirasaka and illustrated by Kantoku.

Directed by Masafumi Sato, the anime is a joint production between Synergy SP and Studio Comet. The story follows Sosuke Kaburaya, a poor detective who unexpectedly encounters Sara Da Odin, a princess from another world, while tailing someone. The two end up living together, and Sara tries to adapt to modern-day Japan. They are later joined by Livia do Udis, a female knight from Sara’s world.
The opening theme song, titled “Gifu-ni-ted,” is performed by Wanuka, and the ending theme song, “Konban no Kenka” (Tonight’s Fight), is performed by the Meiyo Densetsu band. These theme songs add to the excitement surrounding the anime.
In addition to the premiere date and theme songs, three new cast members have been announced. Shinnosuke Tachibana will voice Takeo, Toji Ueda will play Isao Kusanagi, and Kosuke Toriumi will join as Suzuki. They will join the previously announced cast, including Hinaki Yano as Sara Da Odin, Makoto Furukawa as Sosuke Kaburaya, M.A.O as Livia Do Udis, Yo Taichi as Priketsu, Yuki Takada as Yuna Naganawa, Manami Numakura as Brenda Aisaki, Mizuki Manao as Haruka Neya, and Akane Fujita as Noa Minakami.
